How quickly does the service start?

Online contracting and completing the form typically takes 10–15 minutes. The registered address is valid and usable immediately after signing.

Do I need to appear in person to sign the contract?

No. The entire process can be completed online: filling in the form, uploading documents and signing the contract are all done electronically.

How am I notified of incoming postal items?

We send an email notification for every incoming item. With the Premium package, letters are scanned and made available digitally through the client portal.

What address will appear in the company registry?

The Budapest District V address specified in the contract, which you can use for company registration and official correspondence alike.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Contracts can be signed for 6 or 12 months depending on the package. All terms are fully available before signing.

Can a foreign-owned company use the service?

Yes. The registered office service is available to Hungarian companies with foreign ownership. Administration is also possible in English.

What happens if I do not renew the contract?

We send a reminder before the contract expires. Renewal is also handled online. After expiry, the registered address is no longer valid.

Can I use the meeting room for client meetings?

The Premium package includes meeting room access subject to prior arrangement. For Basic and Sole trader packages, it can be requested separately.
